Cardio kickboxing is a cardio and full body conditioning workout that builds muscle, strengthens your core, and improves your overall cardio conditioning. This workout combines killer combos that incorporate punches, kicks, elbows and knees as well and cardio drills to keep you on your toes, all designed to get you results and keep you coming back for more. You will feel powerful! If you’ve become bored with your workouts, cardio kickboxing can help kick them up a notch! ALL levels are welcome.
