I have been a group fitness instructor for the past 30 years specializing in cardio kickboxing, bootcamp and definition/sculpt classes. As a STOTT certified pilates instructor I use my knowledge of body alignment in all methods of movement, including ZUMBA.

It's not about executing the choreography perfectly....it's about letting the music move you. I want my participants to feel 'successful' in whatever fitness class they choose to take.
